Location basic clean enjoyable place right on the beach

Location was pretty & quiet. Easy to access everything and a secret local shop in the laneway behind the hotel is super convenient.

Some seating in the lobby area would be helpful when awaiting pickup and tours

The location couldn't be better. Right on the beach in the middle of a great strip of bars, restaurants, dive centres, shops, coffee shops and yoga places. Just a 20min walk from turtle point for excellent snorkelling. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful. We stayed in a lot of different places in our indonesia trip and the mosquito net here was the best we experienced; didn't let anything in and the AC was incredible. Free unlimited water refills at reception.

The rooms are basic and a tad rundown (peeling paint, stains, mould areas). The bathroom hadn't been cleaned well and there were balls of hair from previous guests all over the shower floor and the shampoo and shower gel hadn't been refilled for us. We had a room clean and these still didn't get refilled. No fridge in the room and wifi was very intermittent, but understandable when you consider your location on a remote island. The breakfast was just ok with no indonesian option. The pool is shared with the dive centre next door and they use it multiple times in the day to teach clients how to dive so it is inaccessible for pandan guests for a lot of the time. We didn't end up using it due to this. We booked a single and a double room and the single room is incredibly small and a tad claustrophobic.
