Pleasant hotel Staff are friendly

Needs more updating to meet other Ramada hotels A little overpriced

I am a regular customer of this hotel for almost 2 decades and only with this specific staff made us (all my colleagues) to rebook the stay from only 1 day then became 3-4 days or more as we feel like We Are Home. And when we are returning back to book a stay again - we firstly, always contacting him to guide and assist us in reservations. MR. NADEEM deserves to be recognized who went above and beyond to make sure the guest be accommodated well. I highly recommend him to deal with different guests from his positive actions and professional qualities. Mr. Nadeem is an expert in resolving an urgent issues, his promptness, patience and friendliness. He has clear communication under pressure. KUDOS MR.NADEEM. I like The Staff - The front desk team - how they recognized and treat well the coming back of a regular customer from the moment i arrived, especially Ms. Angel and Ms. Erica, and Mr. Samer as well who always give that pleasant smile to make you feel more welcome and when you see him in the counter, you will just go on his lane because you know that you will be greatly assisted. I appreciate the housekeeping team - the staff arrives promptly, follows instructions precisely and leaves your room spotless. They maintained high standard of cleanliness. I also appreciate and praise Mr.Anil Kumar for being an accommodative head who always check by call “how is your room? How is your stay? Is there anything we can assist you.” - The housekeeping team is proactive. The Team anticipate guest needs before being asked. I like the positive vibes of the pool and jacuzzi area. The lifeguard staff who knows how to take care well the guest in the area. They deserves as well to be recognized because they maintained the cleanliness well. Fast Wi-Fi. Quiet hallways for sleeping. The Quality & Comfort of the stay in the room were immaculate, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The dust. It might be needed to clean check the air ways. The TV . It is perfect if it will be converted to Smart. The Food choices of the Menu in Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. I hope it is more and be it widely international.

It was good experience especially the manager in the restaurant very accomodating and nice. Food are excelent

Staff at reception were not polite & ungraceful for a hospitality industry - one elderly person & another younger lady who offered similar cold response, so this seems to be the culture
