The location was just perfect, right in the centre of town. We loved the hot tub. There were many different places we could eat and drink nearby without any effort. Everything was very high-quality.
To make it perfect, we would have liked more storage in the kitchen for food. There were a few maintenance and repair necessities that we made the host aware of for next time, and they were very open to doing these.

Excellent location . Great linked to a hotel nearby where we had an excellent breakfast.
Was quite noisy

Great central location in town centre close to shops, sights, river and walks. Very clean. Spaces worked well.
Not surprisingly, central location made it noisier! Sofas and beds could be more comfortable. Back patio area certainly my needs some love. No twinkly lights and a couple of almost dead plants.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bath!
Staff are super friendly when you check in!
Decor is fab!
We have been to the property a number of times now and on this last occasion the hot tub wasn’t the cleanest! We had to wipe what I can only assume is like fake tan residue of the sides of the tub and there was also a lot of birds muck we had to clean! Obvs I know that could happen at any point but this all looked had been there a while. The outdoor space just needs a clean up especially for what you pay per night.
It says when you book you get the whole house but 2 bedrooms were locked so we only had use of 2 bedrooms! Which obvs fitted us as there was 3 of us but with us all being mums we wanted to relax in our own rooms! We have been a few times before and we had the use of the whole house.
