Wow im out of words, Chumbi is the perfect family getaway. From the minute we entered my family knew we had to extend our stay. Its nestled within the bushes and all you see is the beauty of nature. Chumbi is spacious and had everything my family and i needed. The bedroom are massive. My kids throughly enjoyed the pool and taking walks on the trails. We were even spoilt by spotting some giraffes, bucks and buffalos roaming not to far from the house. We even saw some zebras enroute. Nancy (house keeper) is warm and friendly, she made sure we had everything we needed and the house was cleaned daily. We planning another trip soon and this place is no1 on our list.

It was the best accommodation we have ever stayed in around Hluhluwe. Spacious, peaceful, wildlife on your doorstep, clean and beautifully decorated home.

Everything was exceptional. I would add a towel rail or a few hooks in guest bathroom but this is minor and didn't detract from our stay.

Location of the lodge and its seclusion. The verandah was a great area for socialising. The animals coming to drink was special.

Nothing

A great getaway from it all. Comfortable home nestled in the middle of the bush. The game comes to you - giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, duiker and more - all seen daily from the comfort of an armchair on the verandah.

Nothing. It was just what we needed and exceeded expectations
