The property was well allocated and private, the view was excellent. The game drive driver, Mr Ndlovu was well organized and excellent
The reception staff was not well organized, their communication was very poor. The bedding facilities need to be improved when it's come to pillows and mattress protectors was not used. The veranda floor was dirty

Location is in the middle of the bush, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.. ideal to relax and renew the mind. Giraffes, Zebra and lots of buck roaming the grounds.
The dirt road to the Lodge is very bad.

The staff was very helpful.
The place was decent but they did not have a backup power for when there is power cuts. That is the minimum for a hotel or lodge in South Africa. There was no assistance at the gate to open up. The gate had a non functioning motor to open. I had to walk in mud and rain to open up for myself. That was horrific.
