Absolutely amazing place. Right next to the river and right next to the old town. The hotel itself was super clean and really well furbished. At night it was absolutely silent but only a quick quick from the centre. The hotel is actually run by a church so the furniture and décor is of really good quality but very simple.
There are no staff onsite after early afternoon. It took me a while to figure out how to get the key - I had to call a mobile phone number and then lady told me to open a postbox near by with a passcode. I am not sure if I missed this in the emails but it would have been good if the hotel would have emailed the details of how to get the key. However in the end this was only a minor inconvenience.

Room was clean and comfortable. In the room was all we needed. Bad and bed linens were clean and fresh.

What a fantastic place! The location was perfect - so close to the city (next door to the Albertinum!) but great sound-proofing meant you aren’t aware of any noise outside. It felt very new, spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfortable, it was really spacious, the little kitchenette had mugs, glasses, a fridge and a microwave. Check-in was all remote and very easy; we didn’t actually see any staff but if you had had a problem there was an office on-site.
Cannot think of a single thing! Perfect.
