ehat i liked was the price and that we had parking

needed cleaning saw poop on floor and walls which i assume are from lizards but too much which means not cleaned regularly and saw baby roaches and spider web on wall

The people here are excellent great staff comfortable rooms monty does know how to make you feel welcome the super,eddie spaghetti is always available to lend a helping hand and a kind word makes u feel like family this is a little home away from home 🏡

The owner and neighbors were amazing and super friendly and helpful.

My only issue with this property was that the tub clogged & when maintenance was called they didn’t show up for hours.

The owner was kind and accommodating to our needs. Very close to the airport, grocery stores, restaurants. Not too far from Old San Juan.

Very basic and outdated. Walls are too thin, could hear people late at night. The room that we got didn't have the kitchennet, but we have the fridge and microwave. The only sink is in the bathroom. There was an odd smell and could be freshen up even before we used it. However, there was a laundry on site, washer and dryer and free of charge.
