It was located centrally for shops, wine tasting, Hunter Valley Gardens and the farm.

Nice room with good facilities, great location and comfortable beds.
Not much to critisize, maybe old and uncomfortable lounges.

We had a rough start the rooms were a lot smaller than we anticipated for the cost (King Studio) and for two nights no fresh air and a view of containers no garden, we took this up with the manager and he changed our rooms which we really appreciated go for the 1 bedroom villa they are great comfy beds
No reception you have to phone people if there are any issues and the King room room 606 particularly small

Location was good for the purpose of our stay.
Limited reception hours. No check in at reception which must be done online. Link and instructions to download app sent the day of our stay which we didn’t receive as driving through areas of no phone coverage. Terrible app to use. No staff onsite when had major issues locking the door. Staff on customer service line were no help at all.
