Close to the bus station. Easy to walk to Old Town.

Meeting the cleaner when we arrived and he offered me a beer. Close to walk into the old town and close to bus station.
Room size on Booking.com is wrong. Was only 20m2 (inc bathroom), we would never book such a small sized room (I did calculate using the tiles). Bed was terrible. Place was cramped. Bathroom miniscule. Difficult to check in. Demanding cash payment. Host could be been more helpful and less condescending. Back packers next door. Entrance to accommodation was terrible, not suitcase friendly at all.

Convenient location and well-laid out room.
Communication with the management could be better. I was told only on the day of check-in that payment should be in cash and couldn’t withdraw that much money in one day. Also the WiFi did not work in the room and worked inconsistently in the common garden.

Really nice, clean room. Staff were friendly and the apartment was in a good location.

the availability of Desi to walk the extra mile to ensure our comfort: from bringing extra pillows to accommodate the needs of a pregnant woman, to replacing an old hair dryer and an old mattress.
not to mention that he’s the friendliest host we’ve met in a very long time and has only given us really good advice about where to eat :)
we’ll book here again when we go back!
the lights on the patio didn’t work, it would have been nice to play cards outside in the evening :)
there’s a big hospital literally next door, so be aware that ambulances may run during the night.

very clean and cosy. the car park is right next to the apartment. beach and old town are 10 minutes walk. The communication with Desa and Igor was smooth and fast.
The apartment that I got could be bigger, there was not much space for luggage. For us was not a big issue, we only stay 1 night.

Villa Maggie is an easy walk from the old town and our host gave some great recommendations for bars, restaurants and excursions. The facilities are small but perfect for a short overnight stay. 😊

Small but comfy appartment in a central part of Zadar, close to all amenities. Close to Kolovare Beach and Zadar Old Town. Hosts are very helpful and informed me about anything local I needed to know.

Location, just 15 min walk from the Main Street.
there’s no sun in the room all day, that means it was really cold (but thank God there’s a/c in the room that can be used as a heating too)

room is really small
no wardrobe in a room
may be difficult to park the car due to availability but we did not have issues with that

Nice place to stay overnight like I did. Also, recommended if you are traveling by car - a spacious parking place right behind the main gate.

Desa, the manager of the apartments, was very nice and provided a lot of information about Zadar and the surroundings.
Small apartment but all very nice and clean with a Terrasse in front of the entrance.
It was perfectly located with all necessary things needed reachable by foot - supermarket, bus station, city beach and the old town.
The area around is still under construction and therefore maybe not that nice looking but nothing which was disturbing.
