Nice clean room overlooking the great pool and out to sea. Right on the beach.
Edgar was delightful and went out of his way to look after us, as did the other lovely staff. Bus stop right outside the hotel. 45 rupees for a 5-10 minute ride to Hikkadua
Bed was a little bit firm for me but saying that, we both slept reasonably well. Dogs barking for 20 minutes at 2am were annoying. It is about 3 kms from the main Hikkadua town but it wasn’t an issue for us

Clean hotel over looking the ocean and nice clean pool.
Extremely friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to help. Edgar was a pleasure to deal with
A little far away from main centre of Hikkaduwa
Shower water pressure was very low

Great all round 3 star accommodation. Edgar, was always very attentive and helpful. He upgraded us from a street view to beach view room as the hotel wasn't busy. His assistant Simam was also very attentive and helpful. Lovely staff. The location was further away from Hikkaduwa, but meant that it was nice and quiet.
