We have stayed here many times over the years. We find it is always clean, easy to get to; car parks are pretty good and it is walking distance to the Robin Hood Hotel for a meal and a cold beverage.
The only thing I can faulter is there could be a large mirror on the wardrobe door as there is only one in the bathrooom.

My room seemed to be recently refurbished. It was very clean and comfortable and although the building itself is not new the carpets, tiling etc in the bathroom were.
A coffee machine would have exceeded my expectations.
