Entrate in questo spazioso appartamento, al secondo piano e la prima cosa che cattura l'occhio è la splendida vista sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano. Dalla sala da pranzo al salotto e attraverso il fantastico Lanai le onde e tramonti sono uno spettacolo da vedere.
La sala da pranzo può ospitare sei e offre una vista sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano. Il soggiorno confortevole offre le stesse opinioni con TV via cavo. Ma il Lanai è dove si può trascorrere la maggior parte del vostro tempo, godere il caffè del mattino come il sole sorge o durante la serata con un cocktail mentre il sole brilla sopra l'oceano.
La cucina è attrezzata con tutto ciò che avrete bisogno o vuole
La suite matrimoniale, con vista sul mare, ha un Re e TV, con bagno completo. La seconda camera ha due doppie (non gemelli).
Naturalmente, il condominio ha wireless, sedie a sdraio, giocattoli da spiaggia, teli mare e molto altro ancora.
La vostra nuova casa vacanza è proprio nel cuore di Ponte Vedra, a pochi minuti da negozi, ristoranti e molto di più con un sacco di golf, pesca e molto altro ancora tutti nella zona compresa storica St. Agostino a soli 30 minuti a sud.

Right on the beach and well appointed. This property had everything needed for a nice vacation. Kendra (manager) was very responsive and we had a great time. Same as all beach properties where we have stayed it could use a few touch ups.

This nice condo is on a lovely stretch of the beach and we were happy to be on the second story with a beautiful view. The lanai is large and has 6 glass doors that can be closed in cold or inclement weather which would provide an extra living space in bad weather. Be aware that it is possible to only open 2 of the 6 glass doors at one time so that the direct view and ocean breeze is restricted to a third of the lanai. Our host, Kendra, was very helpful.

This Condo was exactly what we were looking for. So many times, there are no pots and pans, few Utensils, and generally missing things that are necessary. No this Condo! So nice. And the beds were comfortable along with the furniture. I wanted to live on the porch and was there for sunrise every morning. Will go back.

We have rented beach properties with Kendra at least 6 times. She is our go to when visiting PVB. Her properties are always well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and this was no exception. The only reason we gave the unit a 4 instead of 5 is how dated the property is. It's not Kendra's fault as it is the owner's responsibility to update the unit but it looks like almost nothing has been done to this since it was built in the 80s. However, everything did work, it was clean and it was a little cheaper than other units we've rented. We would chose one of Kendra's other properties if available.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The pictures in the Vrbo listing are completely accurate and well describe the 2nd-floor 2BR condo. The porch facing the ocean is special.
Everything worked and the mattresses were good. A hyper-observant person will notice some modest wear around the corners, baseboards, doors and faucets. Our guest in the front BR with two fulls complained of night noise from an outdoors AC compressor, but the master BR with one king was completely quiet. The city water from the tap had a slight sulfurous smell. The beach is wide and flat with no seaweed, lots of foam, and many pulverized shells. The ocean swells near the beach were usually five feet and only rarely were calmer.
We would gladly stay here again should we return to the area.

Perfect spot for our family to get away for a few days of R&R before school and travel
sports start back up. Host was very responsive to inquiries and condo was just as described. Would definitely go back!

The glassed in patio was awesome. I spent most of the week relaxing and reading. Private beach access and convenience was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay.

The location right on the beach is amazing. It was like having your own private beach. The apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed for the week. We spent most of our time on the big enclosed balcony listening to the waves. We had a blast.

We absolutely loved renting this condo. It was very quiet in a premiere neighborhood with direct access to the beach. The lanai was so spacious and amazing for watching the sunrises and reading a book while watching the ocean as the sunset each evening. Just what we wanted! There are lots of dining options nearby and you are just a quick trip away from Jax Beach and Saint Augustine.

Great on the beach
Fun fun fun. Grandkids came to visit every day. Afternoons and evenings on the porch and on the beach. Price of a good hotel but so much better.

Birthday Getaway
We loved the condo and location. It does need some updating in the bathrooms and kitchen. The sliding glass doors/runners on the showers are especially needing attention. The mirrored wall around the fireplace is in need of repair and the fireplace screen and grill are rusted. Although we LOVED the porch area, new cushions for the furniture and a squirt of oil on the springs, of the comfortable chairs, would be nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Kendra was absolutely perfect to work with and her rental was one of the nicest I’ve stay in. The view, the location, the set up of the condo were all perfect. I would highly recommend her rental to anyone who wants a lovely vacation with a terrific view.

Best place in Ponte Vedra!
This was the BEST vacation! Waking everyday to see the ocean from your balcony was amazing. We stayed for one month in November. The unit was large and had everything we needed. Kendra was such a great person to work with! The beach was quiet and the condo is nestled with some very expensive homes. You just cannot find a better place to be!

Wonderful Getaway!
My friends and I stayed at this property for a 4th of July getaway! It was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - right on the beach! We had a great, relaxing long holiday weekend! Kendra was easy to reach and was very helpful. Looking forward to return someday soon!
