We stayed here our last night in Tokyo purely for convenience as it is directly connected to the International terminal. It is about 40 mins / 2 trains to Shibuya.
Rooms had everything we needed, and were clean, however are a little tired.
Staff were extremely polite and friendly, can’t fault the service.
The beds and pillows were very firm so not really to our liking.

It was our last night in Japan so we decided to stay at this hotel as it was located in Terminal 3 Haneda Airport, and we were flying out at 7am the next morning. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was absolutely delicious. Also, it was a bonus to check out of the hotel and walk directly to the check in counter for our flight to Sydney.
Nothing.

I was placed close to the elevators, which was good since I can't walk long distances; I made reservations for 5 other rooms and we were all on the same floor. This made it very convenient getting the group together everyday.

Very clean. Good breakfast. Great location.
I know this is Japan, but room is ridiculously small for a hotel catering to international travelers.
