Great place for a few nights. Very accommodating with a late checkin

Walls are thin so a bit noisey, not the place fault just inconsiderate people.

I really liked the location, it's very central and close to shops and cafes. It's also close to the Rotorua i-Site which is very convenient if I had needed tourist information, and equally important is it serves as the stop for the inter-regional coach service. I liked the amenities in my room, and everything was nice and clean.

My experience has been positive, though I did note that the shower stall in the ensuite to the room I got was at least a foot higher than the ensuite floor, which at the very least could be a problem for people with some mobility issues. There are signs for safety as well as a step stool for getting in and out of the shower stall; however, I almost slipped but caught myself after a shower because of the need to step down, and the ensuite floor finish was slippery against my wet foot. I would suggest to the property management installation of anti-slip materials, at least around the shower stall entry to prevent any incidents.

Great location right in the centre of the town, extremely helpful staff and comfortable beds

The only bad things was the noise as small gap in bottom of the doors and also thin walls but you get what you pay for 😁

bathrooms were not very clean, kitchen was clean, rooms were clean.

Very loud in the evening, not very family friendly
