The lady checking us in spoke English and was nice. We were a bit delayed in the evening, but she was still accommodating.

Found a number of hairs on the bed sheet. No AC made the room feel like an oven during the night, and we barely got any sleep.The neighbourhood seemed quite dodgy. Would not stay here again.

This place is absolutely wonderful. It is cosy, peaceful and beautiful in this picturesque way. Host is very helpful and she allowed us to do everything we asked for. Location is great, nice view and not far from beach. Breakfast was also tasty and it was served on really stunning terrace : )

English speaking owner, beautiful property, Large veranda, secure parking for my motorbike, reasonable breakfast. Short walk to the beach.

The property is located 10-15mn walking distance from everything you need - the beach, the supermarket, restaurants etc. It is very clean and the owners are really nice and helpful. It also is 5-10mn walk from the train station (Anzio Coloniale), really easy. As a solo traveller, I would recommend this place.

I do not have a bad review for the property.
