El hostal es muy acogedor y el personal es muy amable, la ubicación es muy buena y esta cerca del centro, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, ideal para descansar, sin duda volveré.

This guesthouse was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was quiet but centrally located close to the bus station which was very handy for us as we were traveling by bus. The family who run it are very nice.

We arrived very early on our first day after travelling overnight and were able to check-in immediately and take a shower. The hostal is spotless with fresh towels provided daily. The location is great, in the middle of town in a quiet street. The breakfast was good. It was very good value.
The rooms were a bit cramped and the single room had no window.

The single room is small, but comfortable. The owners are very nice people who are happy to give advice about trips. Very pleasant place.

very helpful hosts including accommodating early breakfasts, went above and beyond w cleaning the room, great location. great access to kitchen and great views from second floor balcony of Vulcan Villarrica. the breakfasts were outstanding!
the room was fine for 3 people but a little tight. it is a little older place.

This is one of the best places to stay in Chile. The room was great, the cooking facilities were excellent for self-catering, the wifi was fast, the breakfast was substantial, and, best of all, the hosts go out of their way to make you feel at home. I will definitely go back.

Staff was really friendly and they love to help you out with recommendations. Breakfast was delicious.
The room was tiny with little daylight and the showerhead was broken. Walls were paperthin you can easily hear what your neighbors are talking about.

The owners are very kind, compassionate and attentive. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. Perfect location for a stay in Pucon. Just a few minutes away from the centre, and the bus terminal even closer. Thanks for letting us know about the tax 😉

Very good breakfast served by the very nice owner. He also gives a lot of hints for travelling. We enjoyed the stay very much :)
