Do atendimento, particularmente a forma como fomos atendidos pela Juliana, mas também de todos os funcionários. Havíamos reservado um triplo, mas como havia disponibilidade nos ofereceram um duplo e um individual, ficamos gratos por isso. Cama confortável e café da manhã muito bom. Disponibilizam água, café e água quente para um chá a qualquer momento.

Não é que não tenha gostado, mas nos quartos que ficamos não havia aquecedor. Não chegou a fazer falta, no entanto se a temperatura fosse inferior a registrada naquela noite talvez ficasse desconfortável.

Tuvimos una maravillosa estadía, instalaciones muy acogedoras y excelente ubicación. Personal de recepción, aseo y cafetería un 7, siempre atentos y dispuestos en ayudar. Desayunos muy completos y ricos, habitación y cama muy buenas. Tienen buenos convenios de descuentos con varias termas. Sin duda volveremos nuevamente Gracias por todo

The staff, the room, facilities, parking and breakfast.

The only problem is that at night is hard to sleep because there is a club open until very late with loud music which is right across the street. You will need ear plugs.

The breakfast is good, with fair variety of food. The staff is absolutely kind. Our bedroom was comfortable and with a great view to the volcano.

I got a room on the second floor by the street side and was to much noise. it was difficult to rest and no view to the volcano as I requested.

Great breakfast, staff and location. Housekeeping was top notch and the place was clean.

There was no fridge in the small room. Loud traffic on the volcano view rooms, and no climate control.

the bathroom needs improvements. It is clean but has old furniture; Not necessarily a bad thing but for breakfast you need to order and someone will serve you. Which might be a bit difficult to explain (if you don't know Spanish very well) or to get served when many people are ordering in the same time.
