Very close to everything, kids can walk to the gym by themselves, lots of foods around the corner.

We came late at night, it was raining, dark. It is Winter so all roses and the whole landscape look dead and scary on arrival, walk in to the room the pictures on the wall of Marilyn scared everyone.

Owners were super helpful, last minute booking. Big clean house. Well looked after.

I generally resist from critical reviews unless pushed for it, and this was the case here. - Rigid cancellation policies - I know that businesses have suffered in last two years and they are keen to recover losses but there are decent ways to do that. And asking if 'the children are dead' due to covid is not one of them. - Unnecessarily difficullt entry procedures with long instructions - security door at the front entrance that's supposed to be 'not-locked' once you're in. Berating guests because they didn't read the 'instructions' to not lock the front door is not helpful. - Expired food - too much of that. Milk, biscuits, whitbix and so on. When queried, the response was 'previous guests must have left it'. Perhaps, but it shouldn't be left for next guests is a reasonable expectation.

Great location. Excellent communication from a very helpful host. House was nice and warm on our arrival which was great as it was a very cold day.

Only one on-site car-parking space in a shared garage, Other cars had to be parked on the street, so unloading and loading cars was difficult. Front steps poorly lit at night.
