No servía bien la chapa de la puerta del cuarto

The hotel was really lovely. The rooms were clean although a little dated but the staff were great. They had animals in the grounds which we all enjoyed going to see and there was a lovely lady who played with the children. My son aged 9 had a relaxing massage designed for ADD children and he slept like a baby for 2 night afterwards. Lovely little restaurant on site. Was great for short stay. Thank you.

The sheep grazing on the lawns might not be to everyone’s taste and all their poo!

Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds, big comfortable bed

pretty grounds, interesting historic architecture seemed like a step back in time 50 years or an old fashioned ranch, farm, resort. room small but cozy - fireplace coffee and toiletries semi private balcony Lupita, the waitress, tried to be helpful like a step back in time 50 years in

inhospitable staff- we were not greeted upon arrival or made to feel welcome. a purported resort but the staff seemed disinterested in accommodating guests. some staff seemed confused, stressed, or annoyed although the place seemed empty. a pack of very young children hung out unattended by any adults and were playing under and around our table at dinner- moving furniture and kicking soccer balls, etc. a dog begged at our table the entire meal. the menu could use better translation - or description as neither English nor Spanish seemed to explain some items, such as a “wrapped child “ or a “gerbaud.” We didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked.
