Very clean and spacious. Nice little private garden. Location excellent for Quay. 5 minutes walk to town and Harbour.

The communication from the owners was excellent, answering my queries by text instantly and supplying information about anything I may need to know. The apartment was nicely furnished and was very clean and had everything in it you may need. Beds very very comfy with nice lined and plenty of towels were supplied. The location was idea for Poole Quay and Baiter Park which is where we wanted to spend time in the bars and also walking our dog. The apartment had a nice outside space too where we could relax and have a drink together.

The flat was lovely, well equipped really clean. Lovely to be able to bring our 2 dogs. Being met by the owner and close to the quay just a short walk to that and the town centre.
The only things I think they could possibly improve on was a more comfortable settees in the lounge and with able to take dogs on the ground floor it would of slightly improved it was if a bit of the garden outside the French doors fenced off so you could let the dogs out on their own. It was lovely though having a garden straight out of the flat.

It was clean. Could park outside apartment for free. WiFi and modern TV. Grab bar in shower. Garden for dog (not enclosed though).
Very dated, outside door needs repair. Kitchen needs completely replacing, one cupboard door didn't close. Freezer drawers broken and frozen shut. Some internal doors didn't close properly. No hooks or shelf in bathroom to put anything down. No towel rails. Toilet roll holder loose on wall. No extractor fan in bathroom.

I have been staying at this property for the last 8 years. It's location, comfort, cleanliness and also proximity to the harbour and town centre is excellent. During the summer there is much to do, with eateries of all sorts in abundance.

When I compere it to other apartments I've stayed in I cannot really find any faults with this property.

Great location, good off road parking. Fully equipped. Very comfortable. Owners very accommodating. Nice to have an outside area to sit.

Have stayed a few times before, location is central to Poole town and Quay which is a real bonus. Supermarkets nearby & a lovely pub for food.
Apartments are very clean, although some wear & tear in kitchen. Easy check in & out plus towels, toilet rolls and other toiletries/ cleaning products are provided. No problems on ground floor with water or shower. Dog friendly and reasonable rates, we will be booking again for a fourth time!
My son complained about the Wi-Fi, but on holiday this was a minimal issue!

Perfect location close to shopping centre water front takeaways...lovely and big beds really comfortable all the facilities you need would definitely stay again 😁

The closeness to the quay was excellent 5 minute walk.
It was clean and tidy.
Free wifi and parking g was good.
Plenty of hot water for 3 adults to shower one after the other. No one had a cold shower .

The kitchen smelled damp and the lino is rucked. Maybe leaking washing machine or being locked up during lockdown.
The surrounding properties/area were a bit of a let down but did not detract from our stay. Just felt like a bit of a neglected area.
The bbq was full of ash but not really a problem as we wouldn't have used and confident host would have resolved.

Super clean & well organised with consideration. The only slight pain for me was the bed was too soft & I didn’t sleep much both nights I was there.

This property was in a brilliant location, just a few roads away from the harbour. It had an excellent information book with several tours and things to do which we did a few of. The property itself is very large, in the single room we managed to put up our daughters travel cot with room to spare, and the lounge was huge.
It was a little dated, the curtains were not very good at keeping out the light which meant it was very bright very early. Also I noticed some of the bowls and mugs were not properly cleaned. Having said this I would stay there again and I have not been put off by any of this.

The apartment had everything we needed, like home from home. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was only a short walk to Poole Quay. The owners were very pleasant. I would definitely stay there again.

Location was ideal for our purposes. Amazingly quiet yet so central. Just a few minutes from shops etc yet very peaceful and no traffic noise. Parking available. Everything you need inside the apartment eg lovely big towels, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen etc. We only stayed 2 nights and were out most of the time, so I appreciated not having to buy a pack of toilet roll and washing up liquid.
No problems at all. Well a bird made a mess on the car but we cant really complain about nature!
