Perfect location overlooking Poole Park and Lake. The lake was full of ducks, swans and geese; the path around the lake was flat and very easy to walk around. Short stroll to Poole Centre and the Quay, so very convenient for shopping, boat trips etc. Quay Holiday Team were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again :)
There wasn't anything not to like really. The ensuite maybe a bit on the small side for some, but was ok for me! The stairs were quite steep so may not suit some guests with poor mobility.

Very well appointed, modern and spotless.
High quality linen, washing/drying machine, laundry rack.
Lakefront location.
Generous add-ons (incl bottle of wine 😀).
Off street parking
Lack of fans during heatwave.
Location a little too far to walk to pubs, restaurants etc.
Shower in main bathroom runs hot and cold.
Stairs to lug luggage to upper duplex.
Non response from helpline during after-hours emergency.

Very nice property which suited us perfectly. Clean, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, tasteful.

The location was great, overlooking Poole Park pond, and an easy walk for groceries and the hospital. Lots of good tracks for a run too and we enjoyed the Park run going past on Saturday morning
The dishwasher didn't work very well, though it worked better when we bought better dishwasher tablets. The cooking scales didn't work.
