Amazing location - really comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff were so lovely, they even me offered a coffee when I arrived which was very sweet. Only a 10-minute walk from train station, would highly recommend
Nothing - it was great

Very comfy beds, clean room, friendly staff, and located in a lovely, quiet residential area close to the main part of the city.
Bathrooms and showers are shared and separate from the room, unfortunately. This can't be easily changed, but makes for some inconveniences.

Clean, friendly and comfortable. The use of a bike for free was incredibly helpful. I was used one both days and saved me from having to rent one.
There are 2 WCs between 4 rooms which is fine- I imagine the smallest is difficult for females.

Erdem let me in and was really nice and ready to help. The Wifi worked well, there is heating, the place is very central and around 12 minutes by foot from the main station. Towels, shampoo, tea bags are provided. The area is quiet, so there was no street noise. Reasonably clean.
It took me a while to find it, because nothing at all points to it being a B&B from the outside, look for a giant "28" on what looks like a private home. The shower and toilet are next to the corridor and the toilet room is super tiny with a tiny sink with no soap. Heating works quick, but is very loud and quickly became so hot that you could smell hot metal and burned dust. Had to turn it off again for the night. The walls are thin and you hear everything from the corridor. The bed is warm, but very small (90 cm or less) and the mattress seems old and way too soft (I sank in).

"Posto stupendo in una posizione strategica di Utrecht. Vicino sia al centro che alla stazione ferroviaria.
La stanza era pulita e tenuta benissimo. Lo stesso anche per le zone comuni."
