The property is clean, well-kept and the room was spacious. Generous breakfast in the morning and the receptionist was very helpful!
Just a note: The neighbourhood is quite decadent and it’s in striking contrast with the hotel. I did not expect it and was a bit worried to walk around at night, but it turned out to be totally fine.

Clean large room with good facilities. 24 hour front desk (we arrived late but staff still waiting). Good breakfast and helpful friendly staff.
The approach to the hotel looks a bit run down.

The staff here are wonderful, we received a very warm welcome after a long travel day. Our room was spacious and secure
with a great renovated ensuite. Close to the station and an easy walk to the Duomo and surrounds. Good restaurants near by. The breakfast is excellent. The artwork is interesting! Don’t let the surrounding streets put you off, this is a gem once inside.
