The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The lady serving in the bar was very polite and helpful. Everything was clean and room facilities were good. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner were provided.
The parking is in a pay for public car park a short walk away. Evening meals were only available up to 7pm. The music from the bar could be heard in the bedroom. Would have liked decaf coffee sachets.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great for exploring Chepstow and the Wye valley.
Staff coped well with hikers coming in with muddy shoes.
Rooms are small but comfortable.
En-suite shower was very small
