Location was great and we had a great view. Villa was well equipped, although a couple of items didn't work properly, like a fan in the kitchen and an insect light. But I am being really picky.
Communal pool was up some stairs and shared between quite a few Villas. This isn't 100% clear on the description. There was also no furniture up there to sit on around the pool. So you were either in the pool, or back in the Villa.

beautiful views over lake Como
pool looked like was near property but was not. Location hard to find.

Amazing views and beautifully decorated unit.
Shared pool - the pics made it out like it was a private pool in the garden. Wasn’t such an issue as the kids didn’t want to swim too much and no one else was around but had it been in Summer I would have felt misinformed.
