The room was a bit small than I would like.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The room cleaning and housekeeping service were outstanding, and the food was very good. The reception team was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Ege from the reception team for his excellent service and support.
Honestly, I had no significant complaints. Everything was very well organized, and I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, staff was so frendly and helpful, room was clean and beautiful and breakfast was amazing. This place is not less than a 5 Star. And SERKAN at the front desk as very helpful.

Staff was not helpful, rude, heating in room was not working, addressed the issue with staff but they did not give importance, told them at check out but looked like they didn’t care.
