Nice buffet breakfast at the hotel. Both western and Japanese options. Good location close to Sendai Station.

dust hanging down from the ceiling and the bathroom wall next to the bathtub was moldy also there was only one bottle of water for 2 people

booked Premium King Bed room but they gave me a bed that is small and attached to the wall. bottled water is not even included

Confusing booking about our room. I booked Premium King bed room and the first room they gave us was small and the bed is small and it’s next to the wall. The room was a downgrade to what we originally booked. Then we have to tell them that is not our room we booked and only the did they give us a different room (similar to what we originally booked) which was an outdated and old looking room. The lobby staff is blaming the system instead of admitting giving us the wrong room. The sections of the room had wall paper peeling. They never give free water. Every hotel we’ve been in different countries and cities would always have 2 bottles as a welcome drink. But this hotel did not. Also any car parking was not including and no discount. Overall a disappointing experience. It seems the Holiday Inn franchise is lowering its standards. We have had similar poor experiences at other holiday inn properties.

Room was very small for the amount of furniture in it; the room had two of the tiniest pillows. It was clean and nice but overpriced.

Within walking distance from Sendai Station, and has a few convenience stores nearby.

20 m2 room is larger than average. The room was clean, arranged well, with good facilities, and the perfect bed for me (though pillows and beds are a personal preference). I really liked having a small round table and comfortable chair in the room to relax in the evening and eat my own breakfast in the morning. The room on the 11th floor faced east, with a beautiful dawn each day. Icemaker and microwave by the lifts were a nice surprise.

Intermittent pipe noise at night was disturbing. Somewhat expensive across the three-day weekend; would have been half the price mid-week. A coffee machine in the lobby (which is becoming the norm) would have been nice.

Spacious room with flat entry to bathroom area. The shower head has three modes Plenty of outlets around the room and bed. Two types of pillows and the bed was firm but not hard Instant coffee in the room as well as two types of tea.

Some of furnishings seemed a bit used, and the wash-let toilet was not a recent model.
