The OneFive Sendai

Short walk from the station. Rooms were quite large. Staff were a mixture of indifferent and helpful.

It was not very clean. They don't seem to change the quilt covers between guests, as one was clearly dirty. Floor is stained. Staff member came into the room with their shoes on. Previous guest's hair on the bathroom bench and shower shelf. Stained and mouldy grout in the shower room. The sheets and slippers were of poor quality, and very thin. Definitely not up to the usual standard of Japanese hotels. While quite large, the triple room has only one chair. It could do with a couple more chairs and a small table. They let you put your luggage in the reception area but don't offer a luggage storage service. It was a bit disappointing.
