We had a really lovely stay at The Village Lodge in Tsitsikamma. The apartment was comfortable and made a great base for our time in the area. One thing that really stood out was the thoughtfulness of the hosts — after we had left, they contacted us to let us know that we had accidentally left a jumper behind. That small gesture was very much appreciated and showed how attentive they were. A lovely place to stay and a great stop on our road trip. The games room was also a fantastic highlight and we enjoyed playing on the outside chess board.

We loved the old implements, the amazing garden and the fact that it was exactly where we wanted to be. Loved every second we spent here!
There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was fantastic!

The whole setup for our big family was very accomodating, enough space and delicious breakfast. Lots of entertainment for the kids.
The outside basins was a bit dirty.
