Great hosts. Central to market and restaurants. Taxi and motorbike rental from guesthouse at good rates.
Very clean room. Shower hot. Pre-set aircon worked fine.
Would stay again.
It is a guesthouse not a hotel. Don't expect hotel facilities.

It was very close to the night market. A few steps. It seems very shady since it is in an off alley but it wasn’t. The people living around the area seem normal. overall great value. Facilities were clean. It was a very laid back place.
The restroom window was open at night and somehow somebody’s cigarette smoke flew in and filled the entire room. Terrible guests not workers.

Everything was ok, clean room, ac and fan, room with a view from the second day. Helpful and friendly staff.
Matress was a but unconfortable for me. I’ve found better around Vietnam, but for the price I think is acceptable
