We received a room on the first floor without the view shown in the photos

- Room is not clean, only basic cleaning, but lots of dust everywhere and fridge in the room was leaking for a long time already without hotel noticing it. - WiFi only has basic encryption and did not work most of the time. - Hotel tries to make too much money on trips and renting out stuff such as motor bikes (much cheaper elsewhere).

Clean hotel, very cool staff, and most central location at the port. Room was on high floor and had two balconies, as if staying on a skyscraper with great views almost 360. Excellent bar just one block away.

Late check in was possible. If you want to be close to city, the location is good. But no beach, more like the harbour.

Very dirty! There was a wall in front of our window, so no daylight. Bathroom full of mold! Bed sheets dirty. We checked out earlier, it was disgusting. Staff was not too friendly, tried their best to scam us with motorbike rent. Never ever again! Worst hotel in Vietnam.
