Quiet, end of cul de sac and away from main road meant no traffic noise, yet it was very convenient for great food (turn right 50m for the best Bun cha), turn left 20m and score cheap delicious bun box & bahn mi for breakfast), long beach across the road (10min walk to access point) and bus stop for the 17&19 can take you to Grandworld and Safari (free with safari ticket)!
Room comfy with balcony, spacious and place to hang clothes. Nice water pressure and very good hot water! Even free water refill in lobby.
