The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the experience was very pleasant.

Lobby with chemine makes u feel at home u can spend all time get to know new people all gathered there. Staff are so kind, esp at restaurant and cafe all time asking to help. Everything u want is in the hotel from ski teleferique to market to spa which i enjoyed with my family.

The hotel facilities were good, rooms were decent size and fairly clean (even though house keeping did not come to clean the room). Location is good for skiing. The hotel has all the facilities required, and alot of things to do (but everything is chargable)

Very bad costomer service, it is very clear that the hotel only cares about generating money without giving the proper care to costumers, they look for any reason to charge you even for the water bottles which are included in the room and shouldve been refilled by housekeeping. The safe in the room was not working (which they clearly state is "free of charge" when you check in), and when i requested it to be fixed, they sent someone at 11 pm with a drill to fix it. I got injured during skiing and required emergency service, it took them 1 hour to respond even though I was right outside the hotel (literally withen eye sights) however when it came to billing for seeing the they made sure payment was done on the spot even before I could recover from the shock. Adding to the above, the hotel charged me 80 euros more than what is stated on booking.com and when asked why the increase in price i was told its due to the currency exchange, even though the Turkish laira dropped and the price shouldve been lower. In a nut shell, this resort is a scam barely deserves 2 stars for the service they provide, if not for the good location and clean rooms i would've given it a 1 star review.
