This is a beautiful 5-start hotel in a prime location. It's close to the MRT and there's 2 nearby shopping malls, Plaza Indonesia (high-end luxury shops) which is connected to the hotel, and Grand Indonesia (upper middle class shops) which is just across the road. It has a pool, a salon (doesn't cut kids' hair), gym, and 4 restaurants with 1 of them open 24hrs/day. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable, clean, and big. There's lots of shopping, restaurants, and cafes nearby. My wife loved the restaurant decor, she said it was so pretty. I loved the breakfast, it was wonderful and always had lots of options; several cooked-to-order.

My wife lost a pair of red socks that were left in our room.

One of the receptionist by the named of Mia waited and greeted us at the entrance, and ushered us all the way to the room during check-in. It was a very personalized service that we really appreciated. All the staffs were also very friendly and polite.

The location was perfect for us. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The hotel is connected to Plaza Indonesia and across the street from Grand Indonesia, The breakfast buffet was excellent. The restaurant staff was very accommodative to provide us a complimentary slice of cake for a birthday surprise for my daughter during breakfast. The Christmas decorations were beautiful.

Супер бассейн. Удобно что под отелем - торговый центр и еще несколько торговых центров рядом. Завтраки хорошие, но если не входят в стоимость, то дорого.

не понравилось только то, что наверное не в силах отеля изменить - шум за окнами от мотоциклов.

Good location, it was attached to a big shopping mall which has everything in it. Spacious and clean room. Friendly staff

Staff was very respectful, friendly and cooperative at all times. Location was perfect with connecting mall and plaza inside the mall with all facilities. Cleanliness was top notch and food was also delicious.

I liked mostly everything but one thing they can change is the lemon shower gel and shampoo. Its personal preference but other varieties would also be good.

The central location was perfect. Breakfast was amazing and the rooms and bed were terrific. View of the Bundaran HI was also nice. Staff were also very nice.

The air-conditioning was really cold and windy even when we turned up the temperature so we had to turn it off most of the time.

after checking time still takes us an hour to get the room done . we booked the so call new renovation room but the water in bathroom is not hot

I was so surprised whenever found out that the employee can shout to each other whenever they give an order in front their guests, it happen to me in jacuzzi if i am not mistaken around 7 - 7.30pm on april 10. And i didnt feel very comfortable.

Pls be more polite especially in the jacuzzi room.
