The staff is what makes this place amazing to stay in, I was only meant to stay the night but because of how amazing and friendly everyone is I extended my stay for a week, the food in house is excellent, they have a wide range of selection for breakfast. Thanks guys for everything really made me feel at home.

The gym could be better equiped and the wifi is okay, but could be faster. But in the end i can highly recommend the hotel

I cant lock the toilet, no lock, so i dont like it. The shower lights is disturbing if people using it and when u are about to sleep No iron in the room, need to go down to laundry room which is a hassle

The service was great, all the staff are helpfull. Although there are some room service staff that stays nearby the room while listening to music quite loud, I can hear it from my room. The breakfast and lunch was good, mostly asian food and quite spicy for my taste. My room is on the 8th floor which has a dark wood theme and feels a bit dark and used but when I visit my friend's room on 5th floor, the room was bright and white colored theme, and the room feels much bigger and cleaner.

The room feels a bit used, there are stains and scratches here and there. I ask for non smoking room on the app, but maybe because I check in late they gave me a room in smoking floor. They said they've "ozoned" the room (whatever that means) which are quite helpful, but unfortunately the smell of smoke still lingers.

Leony, Saskia and Gumar were very kind and friendly. They helped us to arrange a surprise for our daughter, wo had birthday. Thank you so much.

It would be good, if there were more a larger wardrobe and more possibilities to stow away things and hang up clothes.

It was a beautiful hotel. I loved the customer service here and hospitality there had here, very professional and always welcoming. Room was very clean and not a speck of dust/dirt

Breakfast was not good.no cheese no vegetables ,tea was not brew enough.small mosquitos in the hot vegetables

the receptionist (Latifah) is pleasant , as I arrived early from the airport and she let me have early check in.

I loved everything about this place. The room was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The free wifi was strong and breakfast included a variety of meal options. Staff were warm, professional and welcoming. The view from the room was nice and I particulary liked the bluetooth speaker in the room. The hotel is centrally located with access to all amenities. I will definately be returning here.

The room is slightly smaller but I didnt mind that.

it looked like it was almost brand new. very clean and good staff.

The room need to be more soundproof as the walls were very thin and we could hear next-door very easily even the TV
