Perfect property for family holiday

Rooms are a bit old style

Location is good. Beautiful property. Good food.

To many Mosquitos, cleanliness can be better, telephone connections can be managed better, baby food deliveries not given priority and guests have to dine at banquet hall for buffet(feels like you are attending a wedding) .

Under staffed. have seen waiting que to enter for breakfast and if you order anything it will take minimum 40mins to get it on your table. Rude staff members.

Large hotel complex, right on the beach. Delicious breakfast and food options in the hotel. Great facilities with multiple pools, and well set up for families with a playroom, and kids pool. Staff went above and beyond.

There were marriages on both nights when I was staying there with a lot of loud music. It would be nice if the other guests are alerted if there is a wedding taking place so we can decide whether to stay or not.

Beautiful Tranquil Resort over 45 acres of lush green with a beautiful beach. Loved the property and the facilities. The food was excellent, so was the service of the staff. Truly lived up to the Marriott Bonvoy Experience!

Location of the property is good .

Unaccomodative staff . Amit was site manager . He was also manning the counter . Multitasking was ruining the quality of the service extended to the customers . We booked one room for INR 24000 per night . There were mosquitoes inside the room . I asked for 2 queen beds but I was given one King bed . We had a very un comfortable sleep . Fruits platter was empty . We were not expecting this condition from ITC 5 star hotels . ITC needs to focus on extending quality service to its customers . I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone if he/she is paying room rent per night more than INR 8-9k .

Excellent, helpful and attentive staff. Beach was a beautiful place to eat, room service was excellent too.

The restaurant food wasn't to our taste. There was plenty of choice, it was beautifully presented though.

Housekeeping could have been better. Checkout was a big letdown

Luxury resort with great food, service and pools. Staff are attentive, the beach is a short walk from your room. Our room had a step down bath which was a real treat.

Not enough beach loungers for such a big resort, general challenge with people reserving them in the morning with clothes

Beautiful location, friendly staff, big comfortable rooms, direct access to a very clean beach, kids club and what not ! This is a wholesome solution for families with kids as well as a group of friends. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! Nothing to complain about !

Sehr schöne Anlage

Es riecht teilweise etwas muffig in den Zimmern. Es gibt auch sehr viele Familien mit Kindern, entsprechend muss man sich darauf einstellen im Pool, beim Essen, bei der Lautstärke etc. Wir hatten leider ein jede Nacht schreiendes Baby inkl. schreiender Mutter direkt im Zimmer neben uns. Pech.

- Food was very below average - There was a connecting door with other room where someone else was staying - No privacy, both rooms were able to hear each others conversations - Buffet was the worst one I ever had until now - Not worth the money - Pavilion staff was of zero help

Food was below average & restaurant had flies & mosquitoes also pavilion restaurant property not prepared to manage high footfall.. people were standing and having breakfast..it was all below average and not value for money.

This was my 3rd time at this property - the hotel location and the whole property is truly idyllic! Beautiful green lawns - beach is really clean and uncrowded - the rooms are amazingly designed. It just puts me in a great state of mind as soon as I enter and get welcomed by the singing guitarists!

There is literally nothing to dislike.

Only issue was the slow discharge of waste water from toilet wash basin - NO BIG DEAL though

Loved the attentiveness of the staff and the food was excellent. Right from the reception Manish and Mayur to the poolside staff and the restaurant staff extremely helpful and all in all made our stay so very comfortable. Thank you !
