Unironically the best hotel experience I've ever had, and I've stayed at extremely expensive places before.
The service is actually unparalleled, every detail is attended to and more. From day/night flexible checkout, all day breakfast a-la-carte, the free postcard sent to a location of your choice. It is actually unbelieveable. I wish this business was in more countries, because I would choose to stay with them wherever I travel.
The cuelim building itself is also special - it is the first PM of Goa's mansion so is rich with history. It really feels like you are living in a different era.
NOTHING!

Postcard is unique as each property promised to be a piece of history or story which makes it special. The all-day Breakfast and the possibility of early check in and late check out at no extra cost is its unique USP and a positive definitor from other 5-star properties.
I am a dog lover but to find a dog in the room on my return in the evening which I had left open during the day could be unsettling to many guests. To be honest I found it endearing but others might not! so housekeeping to be watchful.

Beautiful heritage property in a tranquil location. Wonderful staff - great place for a few days of relaxation.
Everything was good

Clean and very quiet. Away from the busy streets.
Undisclosed costs of car travel around Goa. Very expensive charges for each trip out of the property. The added hidden fees nearly doubled the overall cost of the stay from the original price.
