They are really attentive and helpful with all my needs, would like to be there again if back to Tarapoto city for another time.

The accommodation is very pleasant, the interior is just fantastic including a beautiful small garden where also the breakfast is served, the owner and the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful (connection to our next travel destination was perfectly organized in a few minutes), the rooms are very spacious with a nice view, absolutely clean and convenient (air condition provided), the breakfast is excellent, taken together: top value for money

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and made us feel at home. Rooms are spacious, bathroom was well equipped and the internet worked perfectly.
It was a bit far from the city center, but it is very easy to get a moto taxi and the location allows you to enjoy a peaceful and restful night of sleep.

Loved my stay! Perfect for a solo traveler. Had an outdoors space which was locked and felt very safe. Was nice to sit on the roof and see the city without leaving the hostel. Would definitely recommend to solo travelers who don’t want to be holed up in a small room and want some more space.

Very friendly owners, they went out of their way to help and provide relevant information. Family residence feel.
Quiet street, this is essential as in downtown Tarapoto "good luck resting/sleeping" because too much noise from mototaxis. No noise at Custodia. You need yoghurt? a wine ? anything else? Two blocks away (4 min walk) there is the largest supermarket of Tarapoto open till very late. Custodia kindly invites you to use kitchen utensils, the fridge, filtered water : we felt at home and we will be back. Thank you "Custodia". As a reference for mototaxis, cite "a la espalda de Urbanizacion Fonavi", or also, "cruce Morales con Avenida Lima". Enjoy!!
All OK. At one point, somebody forgot to change the towels and add a toilet roll, but a quick request solved this.

Really nice place (lots of lovely plants!) just a short mototaxi from the centre of Tarapoto. The hostess was very helpful, she organised a taxi for us from the airport and gave us a great restaurant recommendation
Just for information, Google maps didn’t seem to recognise the address. It would recognise the name of the guest house, though the location was slightly off (on the wrong side of the main road). No fault of Cecilia’s though, but keep in mind if booking taxi’s

It is a beautiful property that is well-maintained and the room was very comfortable. The location was good and we felt very safe knowing that the main entrance to the property could only be entered with a key. The optional breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced.
The only downside was not having hot water the entire time we were there, but luckily the weather was so hot that taking a cold shower wasn’t very terrible.

Pictures on booking were very attractives and we were not disappointed. Beautiful patio garden inside the house. The family welcoming us was very nice and helpful. They served us an amazing breakfast in the morning. The bedroom was really comfortable. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Will go back there for sure if staying again in Tarapoto.

the property was beautiful and had beautiful landscape.
I like everything about the property, but is good to mention that the shower water is not hot, but due to heat in the area having a lukewarm shower fits excellent.

Big, well equipped kitchen. There is a large supermarket close by ("Plazavea") so we cooked two times, which is nice if you wanna have some vegetarian dishes for a change. Rooms were spacious and light. It's a great place to get some rest because the whole facility is modern and surrounded by a small but beautiful garden. The owners are really friendly. We arrived at 5am in Tarapoto and they let us directly into the room for free to get some rest.
We have had some ants problems, but I if you are close to the rainforest that's not unusual. We only had a fan which was fine to us - anyway there are also rooms with AC.
Plus there is no hot water, but since its generally hot outside, we didn't mind.

I rarely give 10 out of 10 especially in Perú but the hosts have made a very good hotel. The rooms are nice, bright, spacious, clean and well furnished. You can use the kitchen which is well equipped and clean. Finally the garden is like a little paradise and the price is beyond reasonable. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Tarapoto.
