The bath towel was stained or not properly washed

I don't normally have breakfast, the juices and the coffee was nice and there was a really good selection of food.
The noise from the street was expected but there was really loud music playing until late at night.

The location was really good and it was very easy to get around by foot. The room was fine, it was more of a box room (we didn't get the balcony like we paid for). The staff were very nice and helpful and the food there was good also.
Bed wasn't the most comfortable and we didn't get the balcony we paid for.

The location and the breakfast included
Elevator was NOT working the first of couple days and my mom an 85year old woman was not able to go to the top floor where was the restaurant or to go to the street level either. This elevator was fixed on Saturday night

"The hotel is clean and near to the airport. They have an elevator to the fifth floor and air conditioner in the room. The breakfast was a buffet, the best one ever. They have a lot of options to chose..."
