Masseria San Francesco

First impression of the property is good, the grounds are very large and well kept. The pool area is very pretty too.. our room was huge with an enormous bed! Breakfast was very pleasant, and the staff there were good.

There is no mirror at all in the bedroom, and the lighting in the bathroom was poor. They could put a coffee machine in the bedroom, instant coffee doesn’t work when rooms as this expensive. The most annoying thing was lack of WiFi. We were unable to access WiFi in our bedroom for 3 out of the 4 days we were there. The staff were unhelpful and failed to rectify it, saying it wasn’t their fault because there had been a thunderstorm three days ago! As a result the front security gate was left open and the electronic keys to our room did not work either. The lack of customer service was quite surprising.

Locations was good and the room was clean and comfortable , breakfast was good too. Need to add more service like iron tables and free water at the room

Tutto. Soggiorno spettacolare. 10 e lode

Posizione e struttura

Le dimensioni della camera troppo piccola, senza nemmeno una cassettiera, nel bagno non c’era modo di appendere gli asciugamani.
