The hotel is very beautiful, cosy, and welcoming. I really loved their garden and the traditional Armenian decor. I totally recommend it, and when I return to Yerevan, I would like to stay here again.
The breakfast was nice, but it would have been even better with more options. I am not picky about the food, but I would have liked to have more variaty of foods.

Lovely clean and well organized room, with a view of Mount Ararat. Beautifully decorated interiors, a shop of locally produced craft in the lovely lobby. There is a gorgeous back garden, overlooked by the breakfast terrace. Carpet weaving carpet take place in the building so sometimes you can see the weaving talking place. Very good breakfast, attentive staff, overall highly recommended!
There is a music venue in the vicinity which is heard till late in the evenings if windows are open.
Coffee at breakfast is considered and extra at an additional charge

The hotel has a lovely, charming atmosphere. Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
The room was very small, and noise from the reception area could be heard in the downstairs rooms. Breakfast was very limited, with very little choice. Only one complimentary bottle of water was provided for the entire stay; additional bottles cost extra, and the water was not replenished during housekeeping.
