We liked the hotel very much , the room was beautiful with a fantastic view to the Milano central train station , just amazing at the day time and night !!! We were living on the 8th floor . the staff was excellent . , Especially at the breakfast . Very very friendly !!! We became friends ! Very comfortable to get everywhere . Express train trinitalia going to and from aeropuerto Malpensa . Only 13 e one way , fast train 45 min . The metro to the center of Milano ,just 3 sec away from the hotel and with 4 stops you are in the center ! . Central station Milano Centrale 1 min walking from the hotel , brings you to Venice , lake Komo and many other places. The hotel located just in an excellent spot ! We will return only to Glam next time ! Really recommend ! It was my perfect choice !

It pains me, but I must be honest. Worst stay of ANY hotel ever! They upgraded us to penthouse. Great? Nope. Checked in and the AC was not working, They said they would fix it as we left for dinner. When we arrived, it was still hot in the room. We were forced to open outside windows/doors, and it was very loud outside - therefore we could not get much sleep, The bed is on a Platform, with no room to maneuver in front. At night, I had to walk through the living area and down the hallway to use the bathroom. Walls are black, and so are light switches, meaning we could not find light switch. Huge bathtub, but no place to put the soap. Had a rainwater shower. Problem was it was clogged and sprayed everywhere BUT in the tub. So we used the handheld. It leaked all over the floor. Seriously, there is a lot more I could mention, but I think you get the point. Honestly, I think they pawn this suite off on Americans. But it gets worse! My wife sent a kind email to the manager when we got home telling her our troubles, and making suggestions for future guests. She replied that she would give us a free breakfast and a discount on future stays. HELLO? We are from America. We will probably never make it to Milan again (Which I am sure the manager knew). This response only added insult to injury.

Let see, when we arrived after 2 pm the room was not ready. They told me drinks are in us while waiting for the room ready they charged us 2 water on our room ! .we had wrap around balcony 9 th floor but there no chair or table to sit on ! No amenities in room no coffee no tea cattle ! No number desergnated to ca front desk! Tv is so old just play Oralia tv station ! I Milan is international city they think we all speak only Italian! We could not mirror or air play with our I phone ! The best thing was the front desk told me it is safe to go to train station to buy usb cord at 9 pm No facial tissue box in our room! I paid for more than $350 a night they don’t give you facial tissue! When I asked the front fest they told go buy it Next day Milan police raid on front of hotel and in front of Central train station ! It us not safe neighborhood when you travel with family !

Very close to Milan central railway station which suited as perfectly as we were only transiting here one night! Great comfortable room & easy access to the centre of Milan by metro!

It is very close to Milan Central Station. The entrance to Metro Line 2 and Line 3 is also located in front of the main gate, so it is good for public transportation.

The hot water didn't come out well in the sink. But if you wait, it will come out.

We stayed only for one night transit. The hotel is very close to the Milan central station, lots of homeless people lying just cross the street, not good feeling during the night. It is not a 4 start hotel, no tea/coffee, no cups. When I asked for cups, I was told to get them from the bar myself. The lighting setting was very strange, the light of the toilet and the shower room was connected, and the shower room has transparent glass, no curtains!!! It was very inconvenient if you travel with your teens/adult kids.

Good location. Although my room is on first floor, it is quiet and spacious.

Because the room is not ready upon arrival around noon, We left behind our luggage and was given a number. But not the room number since it is not ready yet. When we return around 9pm, the luggage are not delivered to our room. Instead we have to go to the luggage room to find them and bring them to our room. Nobody help us at all. instead I was requested to pay at once because I stay for 7 nights. No glass cups inside the room, only plastic. No kettle, no coffee/tea making inside the room.
