Staff are all friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance from centrale station and is really convenient to go to all parts of Milan. The room is comfortable and breakfast spread is good.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable bed and room, very kind staff, and a very tasty breakfast. We booked two rooms, and we were next door. The facilities are new, with air conditioning. Highly recommend this hotel because it is very convenient to go everywhere in Milan.
There is no coffee/tea maker in the room. Please provide drinking water in the lobby so guests can fill their water bottles, especially during the summer. However, the hotel offers two free bottles of water, so it will not affect our rating.

The location is right next to the central station, so the main sights are just a short walk or a quick ride on public transport away. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also noticeably better than what we had at hotels in other Italian cities.
The elevators are quite noisy and a bit unnerving at first, which seems to be common in Italy, but you get used to them after a ride or two.

Proximity to Milano Centrale, the view on the train station, the breakfast.
Although the room has a new design the mattresses were either old or defective with deep “tectonic” low spot on the side, making sleep and overall confort bad.
If you have same issue do not hesitate to call reception as they mentioned to me that they would have changed the mattresses if pointed out.
There’s no key or card to enter the room just a long code you will have to enter each time you access the room.
Pizza Bar Restaurants next to it is a turist trap with inflated prices and not much to offer.
