The room was very nice, spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Also, there is a metro station right outside the accommodation. Lastly, I really liked the fact that they offer a bike rental!

Spacious room and bathroom. Conveniently located very close to a metro station. Very helpful and friendly staff (most of them). Very quiet room as requested. The best sleep during our holiday.
Restaurant staff needs training and be better organized ("kitchen to busy" to serve food to the guests) Our last night we had problems with some lights in the room that would not turn off. Not all staff is familiar with the area - some would just hand a QR code instead of directing o suggesting places to eat.

Really nice staff working there, liked the facilities too.
Was happy with the facilities but the room seemed too much like a hostel to be priced the way that it is. The room also smelt damp and the air conditioning didn’t work very well.
