Conveniently located. Easy walk to most of the major sights in Edinburgh.
There is a dance club a few doors down and the music and noise made sleep VERY difficult from the hours of 2100-0300. We stayed on a Monday and Tuesday night. The police came multiple times each evening but the noise level returned to an extreme level as soon as the police left.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I liked the fire doors in each bedroom. Very spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Towels were nice and fluffy. The location was excellent. Walking distance to the train station and the Castle. Plenty of bars and eating places in the area. Tesco Express just down the road.
If I have to nit pick then I'd say the skirting boards needed dusting. But that certainly didn't spoil our stay in this well equipped spacious apartment. I'd have no hesitation in booking it again.
