clear and full directions provided by host for collecting the keys
the flat was spotless and its location is great
though the mass of tourists on the street is astonishing and rather horrifying, the flat itself is very quiet
a blocked bathroom washbasin was fixed right away
the spiral stair entry (42 steps) is attractively medieval
the double bed is comfy but the comforter is not very good and has a bad cover
the sofa-bed is not good even for sitting
the dining chairs are wobbly, one dangerously so
the cane chair seat is a wreck, although it's hidden under a cushion
only two very mismatched tumbler glasses provided
the water pump, in a closet right by the bed, runs whenever water is used in the bathroom (including refilling the wc) and it's *VERY* LOUD/NOISY
one of the four windows has neither blind nor curtain (but we don't close those anyway, so no problem for us)
the spiral stair entry (42 steps) rope handrail is entirely missing .. my wife found the stair difficult

The emplacement is really great. Very near the Castle.
I saw lots of comment on the spin stairs to climb to the rental rooms and ... well it's a mirror of the district we chose to stay in. It definitely got a Mediaval vibes but not hard, with regular steps and quite wide.
Did not use the kitchen appliances but the fridge didn't make any noise (and yes, it was on).
Great indications to find the flat.
Thanks for the welcoming treats too.
The flat is in need of refreshments. The mattress of the sofa bed is full of bumps, the floor is in need of repair, chairs are unstable (one quite badly), and the bath tube is slippery (my mum did slip).
But on a global scale, it's alright for a couple of nights.

The location was excellent
It's a 5 floor walk up with a very dark, tight spiral staircase, we are a family with 3 heavy suitcases it was just unsafe taking them up and down. I'd avoid if elderly or have mobility issues. I've stayed in worse though.

Its in city center.
No lift, old building. No sound proofing so you can hear the floor above us.spiral staircase is not very convenient for us because we have an elderly.

"La posizione TOP.
L'edificio storico caratteristico
locale accogliente e caldo, per noi è andato tutto bene
la doccia non molto confortevole
ma per un weekend si può accettare"
