The staff, the swimming pool and the garden.

Its a construction just next to the place but It didn’t border as I was expecting

The best thing about this property is the staff. Ketut, Ketut, Kadek and Rangga. We (family of 6) stayed for 9 nights and were spoiled by the staff and genuinely enjoyed their company and care. If you’re planning on doing any tours, organise them through Harta and you will get a much better price, they will take care of everything. They will help with taxis, moped hire, the best place for a sunset drink- nothing is too hard. It’s a VERY short walk to Mushroom Beach, which is a huge bonus- the drive from the beach is longer, so don’t let that put you off! Lots of little warungs within walking distance with delicious and cheap food, we went somewhere different every night and the food was superb. Hint- go further into the jungle rather than close to the water for the best deals. Harta does breakfast every morning, it’s basic but filling - perfect for us and got us through until well after regular lunch hours- ie: we had late lunches because we were so full from breakfast each day. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, we all slept so well every night. The area is quiet and the staff attend to cleaning each morning and mosquito protection each night. Kadek and Rangga really made our stay memorable, and would really like to mention them as we interacted with them everyday and loved their enthusiasm- they made our stay one that we’ll never forget. We would love to come back to Harta

There is nothing that our family didn’t like about Harta, it was perfect for us. Some things that people might struggle with if they’re precious- sometimes the power goes out- but it’s not for long- you will not notice. Some of the rooms don’t have much hot water- having stayed in Bali (and surrounds) a few times, this isn’t uncommon, so expected this and was not bothered as it’s hot weather anyway. Just being honest here- not a problem for us!

The roads to the property were poor and the inside of the houses a little bland

House keeping made the bed each morning and sprayed and put the mosquito net around the bed most evenings. We hired a scooter from them which was very reasonable price! Beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. Staff were very friendly and always keen and ready to help. Location is great. 3 minute walk to Mushroom Bay and a bustling "strip" of shops and restaurants

House keeping didn't clean or replace mugs or restock toilet roll. There was no hot water for showers, but thankfully it was very warm! When we first arrived, the electricity cut out a lot meaning our air con wasnt working, the room was very hot and lots of mosquitos outside but staff suggested this was normal. Thankfully it didn't affect us for the rest of the stay. Breakfast was very basic. We asked for the "Indonesian breakfast" but got 4 slices of bread, some fruit and some cake. Breakfast wasnt available before 7.40 which meant when we had trips booked we had to walk to local shop for breakfast stuff the night before but it was only 5 minutes walk away so not a big problem.
