The location in Firostefani was excellent.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for dining suggestions and we enjoyed dining at all of them!
The room was huge by European standards, the bed was super comfortable and the view AMAZING.

Beautiful ❤️ location on the Caldera. The spa with the sunset vires was exceptional.

Great central location within easy walk to restaurants and cafes - Fira was a 15 minute walk for great shopping. Room was spacious and very clean, had great views and we used the hot tub in the afternoons before dinner. We hired a car and explored some more of the island and drove to Oia - which was very busy. So glad we chose where we did. Reception organised a pickup from the ferry and also a transfer at the end of our stay - would recommend this service.

Great location, nice views and friendly staff
Was given the wrong room and given nothing to accommodate what I paid for. No toiletries in the room. The showers were not as clean as expected.
