The location again perfect for sunsets. The rooms are clean

We liked the location, it was in a quiet spot with lovely views of the caldera, volcano and the sunset. It was an easy walk to all the tourist places, the shops, restaurants and places of interest. It was an easy walk to the bus station. Tanya met us where we were dropped off by the taxi, it was only a short walk. The paving is very bumpy and hard going for the wheels on the suitcase, so lucky it wasn't too far. Our room was on the ground floor, there was a small terrace with a hot tub, it was nice to relax in the hot tub after a busy day of sightseeing.
Breakfast was brought to the room, it was a good breakfast. Tanya was welcoming and friendly and all requests were accommodated with a smile.
Didn't like the coffee at breakfast, we would have liked a cappuccino and no fresh orange juice.

As there are stairs to the bedroom a handrail would be helpful

Hotel was walking distance to shops and a great view - the best - beautiful sunsets and sunrise views
We liked it all!! Would stay here again for sure!
