Everything was simply perfect and a beautiful blend of earthiness and luxury. We felt it was home away from home and everyone was so warm, welcoming and hospitable. We are so glad to have booked here.

The view was exceptional.
The basic maintenance inside the room is not taken care. Like the wc flush was not working properly, the hand shower was leaking, there were ants in the bamboo blinds and ants treatment was done probably just before check in and it was smelling the insecticide.

The buildings were very beautiful and matched the scenery. There were so many plants and it was all maintained so well. Everything was perfect!

The staff was awesome! Very helpful and kind.
The bungalow's flooring has large spaces througout, making it uneven. I anticipated seeing bugs because of this, but thankfully it may have been too cold. Non the less, the flooring is what threw me off. The bungalow was colder in the winter but we had a space heater. Possibly ok for more adventourous travelers, but I was uncomfortable.
